Nerve Live Folders and Drivesby ~groove69

Well, I was making live folders for myself and ended up with these.

Update 10/10/10
Control panel and homegroup icons added.
69 icons in all, including live folders, ready for system replacement.
Anymore updates will be in a new pack.

I'm no expert but imho you should assign the closed folder to icon 3 in imageres.dll.
That way when the folder is empty it will be closed and in start menu,
the folder will open and close when you hover over them.

*These icons were inspired by Wren, which are way better than these.
